Refund Policy

  • Return Window
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

  • Condition for Returns
    Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Non-Refundable Items
    Products marked final sale, used, or personal hygiene items are not eligible for return.

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or video, and we’ll arrange a free return or replacement.

  • Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was our fault (damaged or incorrect item).

  • Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
